Just watched the video. Your line through turn 1 is lovely. I’ll have to use that on my next attempt. I was amazed by how later you brake in to the hairpin, but then you locked up and I felt better about myself haha!

Things I’m taking from your video:
-Degna 1 is flat holy crap.
-Spoon cost me dearly.

It makes sense that the ERS system can be changed. It’s one of those things that people can easily understand. Maybe I just change the rules there.

I’m down to a 1:30.7, but I’ve realised I was running with Hotlap energy deployment. I’m pretty sure that’s not the default though :/

That’s a great lap! I’m in the 1:31.2s at the moment. Getting a clean lap in whilst really pushing here is hard!

Yeah, struggling with the feel of the car in to that corner. Can’t quite seem to find the balance around there. It feels like a crap shoot if I make it when I’m pushing at the moment haha!

Thanks for the encouraging words. My next set of improvements will be around image quality (using a higher bit rate for capture) and trying to bring in some efficiencies with the edit. I want to be able to make content faster, which will come with experience.

I feel I need to keep working on my commentary. Some sentences seem yo end poorly, or I poorly word things. That will come with experience though and more intimate track knowledge. I suspect it’ll be easier when I do the Suzuka hot lap commentary in that respect.

I also want to get my channels branding a bit more on point, including a logo and banner, video transition animation, watermark, and branded on-screen items (ie a “Replay” indicator).

Aware of the camera controls, but that’s something to come later.

Discovered an official Fun Cup car mod for AC. That mixed with a classic British or BeNeLux track such as Brands (GP) or Zandvoort would make a nice challenge.
