I’ve seen that roo in ever dive bar I’ve ever been to.
I’ve seen that roo in ever dive bar I’ve ever been to.
Maybe I’m just over-hopeful, but I think “generations” is far too much of an overunderstatement. With the way that technology moves, I don’t think we’ll be waiting that long.
This may be a “safety” measure in the bios of the phone itself that was triggered when you flashed the rom. Can you try to flash back to stock android and see if that works? (Tho, depending on the manufacturer, that may be a bridge already burned.) Also, it could be that android 13 dropped driver support for the phone in question and no longer “officially” supports it, so some options are grayed out unless you enable them in developer options. Probably not much help for you, but that’s the best I can think of.
It shut down, sold it’s assets, and then the company that bought it all reopened Telltale and started fresh. Not sure what the culture there is now, but since no news is good news, I’ll assume it’s gotten a little better than before.
If I have to pass a yearly exam to prove that I am not in some form of cognitive decline just to have the same rule apply to every other person, including politicians, then I’m all for it. Same goes for driver’s licenses. My grandmother, who is 91, just renewed last year. She told me over the phone, “This will probably be the last time I ever have to do that,” and I just thought, “I sure fucking hope so.” I’m not against older people doing what they want to do, but reality and safety have to come into play at some point. People break down as they age. I’m dealing with it now, and I will continue as I get older. I have no illusions about it. The feeling that you are entitled to whatever you want regardless of the safety of others is something that we as humans need to drop, or it’s gonna be the end of us, as evidenced by the current state of politics.
People that say that have never used AI art generation apps and are only regurgitating what they hear from other people who are doing the same. The amount of arm chair AI denialists is astronomical.
Lmao. I remember when hearing that a new game had a hundred hours of content was great! Now it’s like, thank god Ubisoft stopped sniffing its own farts.
That’s all the man said! He gave a list of people, and then said he wanted to kill them. It’s not like he was giving a review of the Barbie movie and anecdotally said that sometimes he has dark thoughts. He said he wants to kill anyone who doesn’t support Trump.
I’m getting really close to just not using the internet anymore. I only use it to stream movies, and doom scroll lemmy right now, anyway. The only reason I have an email is for spam. Take awake the only facade of privacy I have and I may as well hang it all up and walk away.
I’m so stoked for this one. I’m keeping my expectations in check, because PC port releases for AAA games have been pretty rough lately, but I hope this plays well out of the gate.
Let’s sprinkle song crack on him and get out of here.
Ahh, generalizations. The cornerstone of all civil discourse.
I’m still waiting on proof for any of these allegations. So far it’s just been people suing for the sake of suing and hoping they strike gold. If anyone can point to any evidence at all (read: not hearsay) then I’ll gladly review it, but as it stands, its nothing.
Obviously, I can’t confirm this 100%, but based on what he’s said in interviews, I believe he has gone through a similar shift in views that I went through on my journey to Atheism, though he hasn’t made the turn yet. I believe that he is having trouble reconciling his beliefs with his morals. He has publicly stated that he supports Roe v Wade, so I think he is on the right track. While I totally understand and support not wanting to give your money or clicks to a piece of shit, I also think that if some people are on the cusp of change, it only hurts the cause if we shove them away for their past. Again, I don’t know his mind, and I’m just going on my own personal experience, but these are my feelings on the matter.
It’s not Earth that’s in trouble…
That’s still 15 miles per hour.
Because that isn’t what it means. “Left” or “Liberal” means exactly this:
lib·er·al
adjective
- willing to respect or accept behavior or opinions different from one’s own; open to new ideas.
- relating to or denoting a political and social philosophy that promotes individual rights, civil liberties, democracy, and free enterprise.
Wanting to systematically change the status quo for the better is a matter of perspective. What is “for the better?” That is a moving target. A conservative can want the exact same thing, but the end goal is wholly different than that of a liberal. I’m not saying that you are wrong to want what you want, I’m just warning against conflating ideas, because that is a slippery slope, and you’ll find your own words turned against you very quickly.
Don’t forget a map that leads you to all of the DLC you haven’t bought.
