That large majority of voters already disagreed with me before the debate, so the point is moot.

I don’t care what people who can’t think critically are thinking.

It’s like being upset with a child.

Speak for yourself, don’t pretend you’re speaking for anyone else.

Well these are the people who decide the outcome of the election so I still care what they think even if they lack critical thinking skills.

The debate really doesn’t have any impact on my vote because voting for Trump is unthinkable for people who actually understand the issues.

But I think it does give us information about how well prepared Biden is to oppose him. And I came away feeling that he is very unprepared for the task. So in that sense, I agree that he lost.

That’s quite a hunk of cynical gymnastic rationalization.

Anybody who is swayed by a presidential debate of this caliber is chaff.

They’re the same type of people shouting for the T-shirt cannon to notice them.

You can’t stop that, and it doesn’t matter how they process information.

You caring about them doesn’t change anything, they want to be tricked.

Biden is well equipped to oppose Trump.

His policies have been and are incredibly beneficial for the United States and other countries, while dumps is consistently incredibly harmful and insulting domestically and abroad.

Biden has at least as much money in the campaign, he has a much better track record, more Americans agree with his policy statistically, and he doesn’t constantly lie and hasn’t been lying for almost a decade to the point that even the people on his side are tired of it and calling him out as they are with trump.

Biden doesn’t have the election in the bag, but he’s more than equipped to oppose the human equivalent of a twitter sock puppet.

You’re calling me cynical while referring to two thirds of Americans as insane and chaff? Feel free to dwell in your own fantasy world where Biden is cruising to reelection but please stay out of the way as the rest of us try to figure out a way to save our country from fascism.

Godspeed in your flying boat, nemo.

You’re delusional If you think you’re solving anything by complaining unproductively.

The only way I can influence the Democratic nominee is through raising my voice. Will it change the outcome? Probably not, but what else can I do besides prepare for Trump round two?

You can stop pretending that an old guy talking like an old guy in what is obviously a media circlejerk that has nothing to do with “debate” invalidates the past 4 years of his administration pursuing and achieving breakthrough legislation.

Instead of surfing the bandwagon with “he old, me sad”, acknowledge that despite mumbling, Biden has consistently instituted policies and funding for issues that people have been fighting for for decades in his first term and there’s no real reason to vote against him or to spread some unrealistic measure of success.

Biden’s investing in green and sustainable energy, he’s providing funding for lgbtq unions, he’s protecting national forests, complaining that he also isn’t winning arm wrestling contests is completely unhelpful and demeaning the very good work he’s been doing.

What can you do “besides prepare for Trump”?

Stop pretending Trump is an inevitability because you think wearing cynicism like a merit badhr looks cool on 4chan.

Explain to people how exactly irrelevant and unhelpful complaining about non-issues is when considering their next president.
