    Couldn’t you argue that climate change falls under the right to happiness and life? That we have a right not to give up our right to life and happiness to greedy corporations who don’t care about us?

        Pretty sure the “global warming folks” aka scientists that have devoted their professional lives to studying this topic, are looking at the relationship between man made greenhouse gases and the abrupt rise in temps we’ve seen since those gases have increased.

      It certainly falls under life, but you have no Constitutional right to life, either.

        No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

            Part of it is due process, but it also means you have the right to not be killed by the actions of the government without being found guilty of a crime.
