The justice system has been working in trumps favor for his entire 70+ years of life. Even in his wildest dreams trump has has nothing in common with those targeted by our racist system. Trump has always been given the benefit of the doubt and has suffered zero tangible consequences.
Im not saying he’s right, just that, according to his public persona’s claims, he has something in common with them. If we take it at face value that he actually believes what he says, then he would also believe they have this in common
I’m just saying even that amount of abstraction does not line up because trump is repeatedly treated with kid gloves when he walks into the court.

If that’s the game you’re playing then Trump knows that’s untrue, in fact he counts on it. So it’s just a flat out lie and strait up racist.
I’m sure he doesn’t believe it, but he has to act as if he believes it. This is part of that act.
