    Hi, I’m aware of this bug, it was necessary to temporarily fix some performance issues I had. If you restart the app or scroll for a bit things should start to use the correct font. This also applies to a few other settings in appearance.

    Edit: Seems this is not the bug you were talking about, text sizing for compact posts is indeed broken. Will fix!

      Yes, THAT’s the bug we were referring…

      Also thanks for including collapse child comments by default…

      But there is one nitpick from my side… the look you get once you enable this option is really weird in Avelon if the parent comment has too many child comments, as it shows each child comments user names making the whole list weird. (think if parent has 50 comments., hit show 50 child user name unnecessary making one large list )

      Just for reference the look you get in Voyager and sync is what I feel better where they only show how many number of child comments are present underneath the parent… and they expand completely once you tap on the parent…

        Text issue is fixed! You have to manually apply the font now, but it works consistently and avoids a few performance issues I had with custom fonts.

        The collapsed child setting should also act more like the way you’d expect now

          Can confirm now that the above mentioned bugs have been resolved and so far finding no issues…

    This is the largest font size available. Also, choosing a different font altogether is not reflected in post titles.

    In short, font settings have no effect at all on compact post titles.

      I agree with you… Change in Fonts is also has no effect in compact mode ( especially inside the community feeds ) and it was expected systemwide changes but setting menu fonts are also not setting properly.
