After moving to New York with his family, Chucky Finster finds a new wave of confidence as he makes friends with the children of high ranking mobsters, Chucky soon forms his own gang called The Finsters, where he soon finds himself deep in the drug world, becoming the largest supplier of fentanyl in New York.
