I do concrete work. Every video you see of someone or something walking into super wet concrete it really doesn’t matter. That’s a 5 minute fix. Cars going into it though you have to figure out how to get the car out.

Hahaha wasn’t me but every time that’s the first thing I think. I don’t really even play MTG. Randomly dabbled on and off for years.
Am I the only one who sees her name and thinks “why is magic the gathering saying political stuff?”
I didn’t have to do years of training. I took a 2 week driver’s ed course and took a test. Had my provisional as soon as I turned 15.
But on the other side to get a hunting license when I was a kid I had to do a state run hunter safety class to learn about gun safety.
We cook for a family of 4 and grocery prices have still basically doubled in our area. Doing a lot more beans and rice lately.
Not an app but I use a Garmin inreach mini when I go backpacking. You can set it to automatically share your location at set intervals. Also not sure how Garmin handles data so not sure about the privacy aspect either.
I have an astigmatism in both my eyes.

If you can’t buy fresh and roast them I recommend the young guns brand of diced hatch chilies
Green chili ice cream is pretty great
New Mexico hatch Green chilies on everything.
Sorry I construct structures.
I build buildings
Installed Skyrim on the steam deck so that’s been my free time this week.
I work construction and live in an area with high winds pretty regularly (always getting blasted by dirt). I use the CeraVe face wash and moisturizer. It’s great and really helped my face.
Easy red 2. Discovered it looking for steam deck verified games. Kind of the feel of call of duty 2 and battlefield 1942 mixed together. It’s cheap and goes on sale for really cheap. Has some weird systems in it but it’s fun to just zone out and play through the maps. There is a ton of maps.
It’s a WW2 fps with vehicles and squads. You take over objectives on the map and either attack or defend. For whatever reason it has a full inventory system where you can loot any body. You can play different roles in the squad. As squad leader you can call in artillery if your radio Man is alive. You can also command your squad. The AI is alright, not the best but it works.
I bought a mosin nagant made in the 30s with a hex receiver for $80 when I was 18. They are getting closer to $1000 now. I should have bought more. The place had a whole crate of them.
Chickens don’t have to be mated to lay eggs. I have 7 chickens, no rooster, and get on average 7 eggs a day.
Also have 1 goose who lays a clutch off eggs once a year. But I don’t have a male goose.
I’ve noticed it the most at stop lights. Light turns green and the person in front of you takes forever to get moving or you have to honk.
My spending on groceries has almost doubled. I went from being ok to barely making it. It’s great.
Normally when you finish placing the concrete you always have extra in the truck. So we pour out a pile or fill up the wheel barrow with extra. So say a dog walks in it and the concrete is still really wet. You just grab some of the extra concrete with a shovel, toss it out into the holes, and run the bull float over it again. Concrete guys are really good at tossing something from a shovel and hitting their target haha.
Barricades are nice to just stop people from doing it in the first place but unless you’re doing some solid barricades you always have someone who ignores them.
When the concrete is pretty hard but still wet enough to leave tracks is when it’s more difficult to fix.
