This is another trend I'm unsure of, but a flight of shot sized cocktails I've done at parties, sets of 4-5 drinks in tiny cups so we can sample more variations, then usually we have one round of the winner. I do these when working up recipes.

How do you feel about half sized or smaller drinks? Would you buy them? I feel like it's a good idea but they should come in a set, like a flight or a bunch of them for the table to share, like appetizers.

In general I wish martini drinks were smaller. Glasses used to be 6oz because you’re supposed to be able to finish it while it’s still ice cold.
Where is that tiki flight from?
The Golden Tiki in Las Vegas. Personally, I liked the Red Dwarf more, but both had great drinks.
